1. Consultation
At IKOS, we start with an in-depth consultation to understand your needs, lifestyle and budget. If required, we can assist you in searching within your desired communities to procure the best lot for your build. We then provide a preliminary pricing model with an initial and realistic estimate of your home’s cost.
2. Architecture
We collaborate with award-winning local and international architectural firms, allowing you to choose the one that best aligns with your vision. We work closely with you and the architect throughout the design process to ensure that no detail is overlooked and that the resulting design is beautiful yet functional and unique to you and your family.
3. Interior Design
After finalizing your architectural plans, our interior design team will create state of the art drawings and renderings custom tailored to your preferences. They can further assist you by incorporating innovative design in finishings, furniture layout and décor through our collaboration with various European, luxury brands, resulting in an elevated and one-of-a kind home.
4. Budgeting
Once the design phases are completed, we review pricing with our trade partners to provide a detailed budget based on the actual plans. This ensures you are within your budget before any construction begins. At IKOS we engage in regular budget reviews and provide monthly cost ledgers with invoices and expenses for the duration of your build.
5. Construction
IKOS uses only the highest quality materials and the best craftsmen in their fields. Our team is on-site daily to ensure your home is built to exact specifications and progresses according to our stringent standards and timelines. We provide you with weekly progress reports, so that if there are any concerns they can be addressed immediately.
6. Home Handover
A few weeks before handing over your keys, we conduct a pre-possession walkthrough to identify and address any issues to ensure that your move-in day is stress-free. At IKOS we believe in absolute customer satisfaction and we remain just a phone call away, ready to assist with any follow-up services you may require after the possession of your home.
